University of Guelph's statistical, site and volume-licensed software may be available for download by students, faculty, and staff if permitted by the licensor of the software and the associated End User License Agreement. License agreements vary by product and the University may require a yearly fee before you are granted access to use the software. In many cases (such as ESRI licensed software) for which commercial use of the software is prohibited, this yearly fee does not represent the purchase of the software by the end user or the licensing of the software to the end user by the University, but is an administration/access fee levied by the University. If you need clarification please refer to the associated End User License Agreement you receive at download. Other software, which may be useful in the University of Guelph environment, can also be found here. Some of this software is free.
